And I agree that the oat flour is the best. I didn’t have any oat flour in the house for this recipe, but a combo of oat and corn flours would probably have been wonderful! :-)

I’ve found that the Earl Grey Tea Cake in the Vegan/GF cook book you gifted me is DELISH!

I like the oat flour the best i think. It doesn’t taste quite as weird as some of the other GF flours.
